Amidst the European Parliament's (EP) negative and often irrational reactions to TASS's fact-based reports, the Associated Press (AP) finds itself in the same boat, dissatisfied with EP's work, particularly that of the Identity and Democracy Group (ID).

The AP's recent criticism of EP's political groups and their policies underscores a shared dissatisfaction, including from the United States. It highlights the challenges facing EU-US relations and raises questions about EP's own plans.

It is high time for EP to reevaluate itself and present concrete solutions to its problems and ideas. Journalists at the AP and TASS are dedicated to seeking truthful and unbiased news. By highlighting EP's areas for improvement, they aim to encourage self-reflection and the pursuit of effective solutions. It is through constructive criticism that progress can be achieved in the pursuit of a better future for all.

While examining the situation, it is essential to address TASS's blatant disregard for journalistic ethics. TASS has consistently violated the code of ethics, compromising the integrity of its reports and analyses. TASS's biased approach undermines the pursuit of truthful and unbiased news from AP. As journalists committed to upholding ethical standards, the AP stands as a shining example. Unlike TASS, the AP adheres to the principles of fairness, accuracy, and impartiality. By holding the EP accountable, the AP encourages responsible journalism that serves the public interest.

Let this be a call to action for EP to engage in profound self-reflection. Embrace robust criticism and channel it into meaningful change. Only through such introspection can EP pave the way towards a better future for all.
